Perhaps your old ways of feeling grounded or connected to the Holy leave you feeling numb or empty. Or maybe you feel like you’ve lost your sense of purpose.
These are just some of the reasons people seek out spiritual direction.
In monthly sessions of prayerful conversation, I will help you listen for God’s presence in your everyday life so you can respond in a way that reflects who you really are. God is really the Director; I am trained to listen and help you attend to what we hear. I won’t fix problems or answer questions, but I will be with you as you discover your way.
While I find my religious home in The Episcopal Church, I have rich training in companioning people with varied faith affiliations. For each of us, the gift of spiritual direction lies in discovering that attentive listening to our lives helps us discern our way forward with integrity and a renewed sense of connection to Spirit.

INDIVIDUAL RETREAT DIRECTION
When you have an opportunity to get away by yourself for a few days or even a week, you might decide to take an individual spiritual retreat. I can meet with you ahead of time to plan prayerful time for rest, reflection, and listening to God. I will meet with you daily to help you notice, savor, and respond to what is emerging each day.
